I'm a software develover with major focus on Win9X/VC++. I have some
experience with PIC, too. I work on setup and configuration-tools for our
products.
The company I work for started two years ago to set up an HA department.
Our products are compatible with EIB (European Installation Bus). This system
is well known in the german speaking part of europe. EIB have around 100
manufacturer with compatibel products. All products can interwork with each
other. This is guaranteed by a cerification procedure. This procedure proofs
each product agains an EIB interworking standard.
I think an interworking spezification shoud be an important part of this
group.
